Where is the FORDS Store?
The FORDS Store is located on the ground floor in the small building at the end of the Lower School drop-off circle, between the Lower School and Centennial Hall.
Monday-Thursday | 9–11:15 a.m. & 2–5 p.m.
Friday | 9–11:15 a.m. & 2–4:30 p.m.
*The FORDS Store is closed during student lunch periods, and also during School closings and holidays.
Spirit wear from the FORDS Store will be available for purchase at select home athletic contests.
The Haverford School is the sole owner and operator of the FORDS Store. Customer information collected on this site is used only for the purposes of the transactions requested, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
Our sizing is comparable to most apparel stores, but note that exact sizes may vary, and this can make for interesting experiences for online shoppers. If you are able to visit the FORDS Store in person, we can help you determine the correct sizes for your needs. Alternatively, you can call the store at any time for more information.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with the orders you make, but we realize that issues sometimes do arise. Please take a minute to review our Return & Exchange Policies (tab above, right).

Delivery All items will ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of your order.
If you do not receive your shipment within 10-15 business days, please contact us. Please allow additional shipping time for School breaks and holidays.
Shipping Method & Pricing
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be shown in your final shopping cart total and will be included when your credit card is charged. Please note that shipping charges are set at $7.99 per box. If your order requires more than one box, you may incur a charge for each additional box.

Pick-up at the FORDS Store
There is no charge for order pick-up at the FORDS Store. To specify pickup, please choose “In-Store Pickup” in the Shipping Method drop-down menu in the Store Checkout.
Please contact us if your order requires a different shipping method.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your FORDS Store purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, or unaltered items within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please send original sales receipt back with merchandise. Return/exchange packages must be shipped prepaid within 14 days, preferably via UPS. Your card will be promptly credited, less the initial shipping charges. Your credit card will be billed for any shipping changes incurred during an exchange.
For purchases made between 14-30 days of receipt of purchase, a store credit will be issued for FORDS Store merchandise. If no receipt is available, a store credit will be issued. The credit will have the value of the lowest sale price of the merchandise.
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
No cash or credit refunds will be accepted on clearance items; customers may exchange items for the value of the lowest sale price of the merchandise.
