Best for Boys Speaker Series: Michael Baime

"The question isn't what can I do for my boys, it's who can I be for my boys," says Michael Baime, one of the country's foremost experts on mindfulness and director of the mindfulness program at Penn Medicine. On Thursday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. in Ball Auditorium, Baime will discuss the science behind mindfulness, the role of mindfulness in managing stress, and provide tips on how to settle into the present moment. He will lead a guided sitting meditation as well as a communications exercise.
