Meal Plans with MyKidsSpending

The Haverford School is excited to announce the first online payment portal for the purchase of our annual and semester meal plans!

We have transitioned to www.MyKidsSpending.com. This site will allow you to purchase the meal plan and replenish your son's dining account online by ACH or credit card. 

What You Need to Know Now:
1. With MyKidsSpending, you can view your student’s purchase history, check their balance, add funds to their account, and set up autofunding online through your personal computer, tablet or phone. You will receive an email from www.MyKidsSpending.com.

2.  Prior debit account balances have been automatically transferred to the new system.

3. The meal plan may be purchased on MyKidsSpending by ACH or credit card. Credit cards incur a fee of 4% per transaction. Online ACH payments are free of charge!

4. The business office is no longer accepting credit card payments in person. We highly encourage use of the online portal but you may remit physical cash, checks, or money orders to the business office for payment.

 

Please do not attempt to purchase the meal plan through the Veracross parent portal. If you have any questions about this new system please don't hesitate to reach out to Kim Sprangers, Director of Dining or Patena Tucker, Accounts Receivable Manager.
