Menus & Meal Plans

Sign up for a Meal Plan or Debit Plan today!  Meal plans are only available for students entering grades 1-12. Payment is due by August 16, 2024.  If you wish to sign up for the meal plan, please complete and submit the meal plan form below with your payment to The Haverford School. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please stop into the business office in person. In order to set up a debit account, please send in an initial deposit of $100 to the business office. The business office will set up your son's account and, with that information, you can access your son's debit account to add funds or view purchases. MyPaymentsPlus.com will allow you to view a 90-day purchase history, setup email alerts when his account becomes low, and even make direct payments into the account. If you would like to sign up for a debit account or meal plan, please submit the meal plan form along with payment made out to "The Haverford School" and mail to the following address:
