Driver's Education

The Haverford School has made arrangements with My Turn to Drive School in order to provide Driver Education classroom instruction for our students in the fall, spring, and summer. This theory course is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and consists of instruction in defensive driving practices and techniques covering various types of driving environments. Students ages 15 and older can enroll, and they do not need a driving permit for the class work.

My Turn To Drive School is also certified and licensed to privately test Haverford School students for their driver's license if all conditions are met. Additional information can be found on the My Turn to Drive School website >

The fee for the course is $225 and includes all classroom materials.

Winter 2019: Saturday mornings, from Jan. 11-March 21 (10 sessions)

Class will be held at The Haverford School in Upper School classroom 005 from 9 a.m. to noon.
