Catering Request Form

Welcome to The Haverford School's catering request form. Please complete the information below to place your catering order. Contact Maria Faracchio with any questions at mfaracchio@haverford.org.

A few reminders for a successful event:

• Book your event location through SchoolDude.
• Once the location is selected, think about your event needs, including tables, chairs, linens, food, and beverages.
• Place your Maximo request. Facilities will make sure to have the room set-up and broken down as scheduled.
• Place your catering order at least seven days prior to the event.
