We serve foods that have been humanely raised with no antibiotics or hormones. We use fresh fruits, vegetables, and bakery items that are delivered daily from local vendors. We also strive to provide healthy choices for students with food allergies.

Our produce comes from Thorofare, NJ and Tyrone, PA; our deli meats and cheeses come from Bridgeport, NY and Spring Mills, Manheim, East Waterford, and Pittsfield, PA; and our daily breads come from Lehigh Valley, PA.
We have made a commitment to reducing our carbon footprint by adopting eco-friendly practices, like turning off lights and equipment when not in use, recycling paper products, and investing in compostable, and bio-degradable packaging and dishware.
