The Fords triumphed over rival Malvern Prep to capture the Inter-Ac dual meet crown. While they dropped to third at Easterns, it came against a strengthened field, and even third would've been unheard just five years ago.

Boratto was at the center, winning the 100 back in an automatic All-American time and earning All-American consideration in the 200 freestyle, which he won, and with a flat-start time in the 100 free.
