Drug and Alcohol Education Parent Program
Ball Auditorium

As part of our health education program and commitment to prevention and wellness, we have invited Freedom From Chemical Dependency (FCD) Educational Services to visit our community during the week of February 6 - 9. FCD is a non-profit organization that provides substance abuse prevention education for schools world wide. Representatives from FCD will meet with our third form students throughout the week and will also meet with our fifth form students for an assembly program. All Upper School parents are encouraged to attend an evening session led by an FCD Prevention Specialist in Ball Auditorium. This session is designed to provide an overview of FCD's work with Haverford students and present effective strategies to communicate with your child about drug and alcohol use. All Upper School parents are strongly encouraged to attend this program.
