Event Guidelines

We are excited to host Haverford/EA Day this year. We strive to ensure a celebratory, fun, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Please keep the following event guidelines in mind:

  • The Haverford School is a tobacco- and smoke-free campus. No vaping, smoking, or tobacco use of any kind is permitted.
  • Tailgating and consuming alcohol is prohibited on Haverford's campus.
  • No pets are permitted on campus.
  • Spectators are expected to maintain a positive nature while cheering on their team. Abusive language, provocative signs, and taunting are strictly prohibited. Officials are expected to be treated with respect at all times.
  • COVID-19 protocols must be followed by all attendees. Everyone is required to wear a mask while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. The School recommends unvaccinated people wear masks outdoors when adequate distance cannot be maintained.

Any spectator, coach, or player who violates these guidelines will be removed from our campus. Thank you for your cooperation with these guidelines.
