Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Curalta Foot + Ankle

Oren Isacoff, MD, MBA is a co-Founder and currently the Chief Growth Officer at Curalta Foot + Ankle, the largest podiatry practice in the Northeast with approximately 125 providers across over 70 locations. Prior to founding Curalta in 2021, he was a Principal at Longitude Capital where he worked from May 2015 until August 2021 and was involved in a number of private and public companies that resulted in successful exits, including KaNDy Therapeutics Ltd. (acquired by Bayer AG) and Checkmate Pharma (acquired by Regeneron). Prior to Longitude, Dr. Isacoff was a Senior Associate on the Healthcare Team at TPG Special Situation Partners, starting in August 2014. He completed his internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and maintains an active medical license. Dr. Isacoff holds an M.D. and an M.B.E. from the Perelman School of Medicine, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, and a B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Economics (Wharton) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chief Revenue Officer at Hatch Bank

Jeffrey Green serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Hatch Bank, a purpose-built Banking-as-a-Service fintech bank, serving as the senior executive responsible for leading the bank’s overall growth strategy, revenue operations, business development, relationship management, and capital markets strategies. The role balances day-to-day oversight of compliance, risk, and financial performance with long-term vision for innovation, fintech partnerships, and sustainable growth and profitability. 

In addition to his role at Hatch Bank, Jeffrey also serves as Managing Director of Verde Technology Ventures, directing operations and investment strategy for the bank’s internal corporate venture capital affiliate. Jeffrey’s work overseeing VTV provides him with unique insight into the fintech, payments, AI, and regtech markets.

Prior to joining Hatch Bank, Jeffrey held positions at Firstrust Bank and Newmark Knight Frank. He holds a B.S. from Tulane University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Assistant General Counsel at Radial Inc.

Frank DeSimone is the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Radial, a global third-party logistics company, where he leads high-value negotiations, develops scalable contracting processes, and supports initiatives across Product, Operations, Security, Sales, and AI governance. Frank previously held leadership roles at Ontra, managing multimillion-dollar client portfolios, and began his career at Morgan Lewis and Dechert advising on antitrust litigation and M&A. A Harvard and Penn Law graduate, Frank also spent time working in San Francisco and Paris before returning home to Philadelphia.

At Haverford, Frank was involved in the Notables, Mock Trial, the Index, and Cross Country and is a proud member of the Class of 2005.
