Annual Alumni Award Nomination Form

Alumni Service Award:

Each year, the Alumni Association may present its Alumni Service Award to those alumni who have demonstrated loyalty and commitment to the Haverford School and its community through extraordinary effort and dedication. Nominations for the award shall be solicited from the Haverford community, especially the alumni. The recipient(s) of the award shall be determined by a simple majority of the Alumni Board.

Distinguished Alumnus Award:

Each year, the Alumni Association may present its Distinguished Alumnus Award to that alumnus who has achieved a level of prominence in his chosen profession or in service to his community or country, who has been recognized publicly for these achievements, and who has exhibited the kind of intellectual, moral and professional character that can inspire Haverford School students, alumni and the community. The recipient should be a graduate of the Haverford School; if not, he should have demonstrated strong ties to the School and, in effect, adopted it as his alma mater. Nominations for the award shall be solicited from the Haverford community, especially the Alumni. The recipient of the award shall be determined by a simple majority of the Alumni Board.
