Eleven seniors at The Haverford School have been recognized by the National Merit® Scholarship Program. They are among about 50,000 of 1.6 million entrants, representing some of the highest PSAT/NMSQT® Selection Index scores.
Six students (pictured), Alexander Greer, Daniel Chow, William Curran, Andrew Feng, Toby Ma, and Aditya Sardesai were recognized as National Merit Scholar Semifinalists. The students are eligible for 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million, which will be awarded in the spring.
Five students, William Boyes, Medhanie Irgau, Aidan Lowe, Samuel Reisbord, and Jonathan Sonnenfeld were recognized as Commended Students.
