Eight student-athletes announce intent to continue athletic careers at the collegiate level

As part of the early signing period for Division I athletes, eight members of the Class of 2021 at The Haverford School have announced their decisions to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

“We are proud of these young men for their success in their respective sports and on their commitment to these terrific schools,” said Athletic Director Michael Murphy. “The boys truly represent the model of the student-athlete, and I am confident they will continue to do so in their college careers.”

Six students, including Jake Deppen (Pennsylvania State University, swimming), Eric Genther (University of Rhode Island, baseball), Geordy Holmes (University of Maryland, lacrosse), Colby Kim (Boston University, lacrosse), Jake Maddaloni (Bucknell University, golf), and Chris Sims (Bucknell University, football/track), signed National Letters of Intent.
