Newton's Notebook: Mathematics Journal
The Newton's Notebook staff is excited to announce the release of our spring 2024 Edition of the Notebook. The Newton's Notebook is the Haverford STEM Journal and this year's edition encompasses a wide variety of topics, from universal mysteries to a deep-dive into the Black-Scholes Equation.
We would like to especially thank everyone who contributed this year. Writers, editors, and faculty advisors alike collaborated to make Edition VIII as special as it is.
The first volume of The Haverford School's math journal, Newton's Notebook, was published in 2017. The mission of Newton's Notebook is to enhance the interests, talents, and achievements of all individuals in the mathematical sciences, and provide the opportunity to promote the work of those most passionate about the discipline. The articles are written by members of the Haverford School community, including faculty and staff across the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools. We hope that reading these articles will inspire others to explore the fascinating realm of mathematics.
