The Haverford School supports breast cancer research and treatment

Haverford School students, faculty, and staff joined the national effort for breast cancer awareness, research, and treatment programs by raising $2,258.45 for Lee National Denim Day on Oct. 5.

Saturday’s Inter-Ac League opener between The Haverford School and Springside Chestnut Hill Academy resembled throwback football, a hard-hitting slugfest, with minimal scoring and a lack of flash. Ironically, flash provided the edge for the Fords.
