Pat Valentine pitched a shutout, fanned six and walked just one as Haverford School rocked Wausau West (Wisc.), 7-0, in Orlando. Steve Fitzgerald drove in three runs on a pair of hits to lead the Fords' offense.
The Fords also downed West Geauga (Oh.), 6-2. Steve Scornajenghi went 3 for 3 with a pair of RBIs.
