Overview
The Haverford School is located 10 miles from Center City Philadelphia,
situated in the heart of the historic Main Line. Occupying 30 acres on
the southwest side of Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) in Haverford,
Pa., the School is just minutes from SEPTA
bus and rail stops, and sits immediately north of the Haverford College
campus. Bryn Mawr is immediately to the north, and Ardmore to the
south.

Haverford's students come from more than 90 ZIP codes. Families may choose to take advantage of Pennsylvania School Bus Transportation. Please click here to learn more about busing to Haverford; school districts within 10 road miles of the School are obligated to bus their
students to Haverford.
We are served by buses from the following districts: Upper Merion, Colonial, Rose Tree-Media, Lower Merion, Radnor, Great Valley, Upper Darby, William Penn, Marple Newtown, Tredyffrin-Eastown, Swarthmore, Methacton, Springfield, Interboro, Ridley, Southeast Delco, and Wissahickon. Note that the Philadelphia School District will bus only students attending first through sixth grades.
Upper School students of legal age may also choose to drive to school, though parking is limited both on and off campus.
