II Former Drew Weiss shines in The Butterfly Project

The Butterfly Project features a performance of “I Never Saw Another Butterfly” by Celeste Raspanti. This one-act play, based on the book of the same name, brings to life actual poetry written by children who passed through Terezin Concentration Camp during the Holocaust.

Brett Campbell repeats as Gatorade PA Boys' Soccer Player of the Year

The returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 6-foot-1, 170-pound senior forward led the Fords to an 18-2-1 record and a second-straight Pennsylvania Independent Schools state championship this past season. Campbell scored 30 goals and passed for nine assists, including four goals and four assists in four postseason games.

Soccer player Jordan LeBlanc '09 drafted by the Montreal Impact

Former FC Delco Hammerheads and FC Delco Academy player, Jordan LeBlanc '09 was selected by the Montreal Impact in the MLS Supplemental Draft on Jan. 22. LeBlanc, from Havertown, attends Old Dominion University where he had a stellar four year career playing primarily in the midfield.

Easterns swimming preview: Haverford School’s versatility begins at its practice sessions

That the Haverford School is in the midst of the two most successful swim seasons in program history is certainly remarkable.
After never having finished higher than sixth at the Eastern Interscholastic Championships, the Fords placed third last season. They’ve followed that up with their best dual-meet record since 1965 this season. More>
